“Storytelling is at the heart of what we do …. we’re always looking for fresh and engaging ways of telling stories that take the audience on an emotional journey”

Diversity +
Inclusion

We are committed to building diverse and inclusive teams at Offspring and are always looking to bring under-represented groups into the industry. We currently work with local community groups Babassa and Bristol Works to offer work experience placements to young people.

We’re also proud to work with National Geographic on their Field Ready Programme – which aims to promote diversity and inclusion in global unscripted television for historically under-represented creators and storytellers.

Sustainable
Studio

As wildlife filmmakers we witness the effects of climate change first-hand; from changing weather patterns and melting glaciers, to species teetering on the brink of extinction.

We are continually looking for new ways to deliver greener productions. From sourcing crew and kit in country, to seeing if we can travel over land rather than air,  our teams are always thinking about different ways to reduce waste and energy usage throughout production.

We offset the carbon footprint of all our productions through the BAFTA albert creative offsets programme.
